Canada customs returned this order to Lightstone Jewelry because Canada customs still has covid19 related issues with expedited shipments. Lightstone jewelry was Super-quick in letting me know what happened & offered me options of cancelling/refunding order, or waiting 50+ days for un-expedited delivery. On top of that, they offered a 25% discount for the inconvenience that wasn’t even their fault! Emails from their customer service department were nearly instantaneous & super helpful. Even though it may take over 50 days to arrive, it’ll just be a pleasant surprise since I will have forgotten them by then. I will order again from this supplier based solely on the quality of their customer service department (but I can’t wait to get the pieces Orpheus wearable art that I ordered)
