Cases of Double Taxation
In rare cases, due to customs system mismatches, timing delays between national customs databases, or handling errors by the logistics provider, you may be asked to pay VAT or import duties again at the time of delivery.
If this happens, you may pay the fee to avoid delivery disruption and then contact us with the official customs payment documentation. We will fully reimburse any VAT or duty amounts that were already covered in your order.
Please contact us within 7 days of payment to ensure timely verification and refund processing.
Please note: Any courier-imposed service fees, brokerage charges, or clearance costs are not refundable. If you choose to clear the shipment independently or through a third-party customs agent, we will not reimburse any fees incurred through that process.
