Shipping Locations

We ship globally from our studio in China, with the exception of a few regions currently restricted by international shipping or trade regulations. These include: the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Shipping Methods

Free Standard Shipping

For selected countries, we offer free standard shipping, fully trackable from dispatch to delivery. Estimated delivery time is typically 7 to 15 business days, depending on the local postal service in your region.

The following regions are currently eligible:

Europe:	Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway
Asia:	China mainland, Hong Kong (China), Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan (China), Thailand
North America:	Canada
Oceania:	Australia, New Zealand

Please note: The United States is currently excluded from the Free Shipping program due to policy changes.

Express Shipping

If you prefer faster delivery, we offer express shipping via commercial carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You may choose between two levels of service at checkout:

Priority Express Shipping: Delivered within approximately 7 business days
Standard Express Shipping: Delivered within approximately 7–10 business days

Express shipping is also the default method for destinations not covered by our free shipping program.

Shipping rates for both options are calculated dynamically at checkout, based on your location and current international freight conditions.

Complimentary Express Shipping

Orders over $300 USD qualify for free commercial express shipping to eligible destinations.

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 24 to 48 hours after your payment is received. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Pre-order Items

For items marked as pre-order or pre-sale, please allow up to 30 days before dispatch. These pieces are made to order and often come with a special discount as a thank-you for your patience.

Track Your Order

You can check your shipping status via the following methods:

- Visit our Track Order page in the Light Stone User Center.
- Use a third-party tracking tool such as 17Track.

Delivery Delays

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance delays, or local disruptions (e.g. strikes or emergency regulations).

Busy Shipping Seasons

Delivery may take longer during global or regional peak seasons. Please plan your order ahead if purchasing during:

- Late September to early October: Chinese National Holidays
- Early to mid-November: 11.11 Global Shopping Festival
- Late November through early January: Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year rush

During these periods, shipping times may be extended by 5 to 15 days. We do not recommend urgent purchases during high-traffic seasons.

Notice for U.S. Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and tariff policies, some customers may see unreasonable shipping costs or unexpected tariffs displayed at checkout.

We sincerely apologize for this situation, which is beyond our control. While we are closely monitoring the developments, we currently do not recommend placing orders for delivery to the United States.

We suggest waiting until the policy environment stabilizes before contacting us to proceed with your order.

If your package has not arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at service@lightstone-jewellery.com. We will assist in initiating an investigation with our shipping partners.
