You can return or exchange your jewelry within 60 days of receipt.
We will issue a full refund for items returned.
Order Cancellation:
For Non Pre-sale/Pre-order Products:
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If your package has not been shipped and you wish to cancel your order, we will issue a refund and process the cancellation. Please email service@lightstone-jewellery.com for such requests.
For Pre-sale/Pre-order Products:
Pre-sale/Pre-order products take approximately 30 days for production before shipment.
Orders cannot be canceled3 days after payment.
Please note that pre-sale/pre-order items are made to order, and production cannot be halted3 days after payment.
Shipment Fee for Returns:
Unopened Package Refusal:
In most countries where we ship, if you refuse to sign for and do not accept delivery of an unopened package, it will be returned to China by the logistics company, and you will not need to pay extra shipment cost. We will bear the return shipping fee in this case.
Opened Package Returns:
If you have opened the package but wish to return the jewelry, you will need to bear the transportation cost. Feel free to choose the logistics method you prefer, without any restrictions on transportation time, as long as the package ultimately arrives.
Procedure for Returns/Exchanges:
Email photos of the jewelry to service@lightstone-jewellery.com. We are flexible with returns as your feedback is our priority. This step is intended to help prevent misunderstandings before international shipping.
After reviewing the photos and details, we will confirm your return. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Following confirmation, you may ship the package. Please provide the tracking number via email to service@lightstone-jewellery.com.
Refunds (or a replacement product in case of an exchange) will be processed within 7 days of receiving your package.
