Return Eligibility:
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. All returns must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging.
Order Cancellation – In-stock Items:
Orders for in-stock items can be canceled directly through your account dashboard before the item is shipped.
Once your order is marked as “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer guaranteed. However, in some cases, the parcel may not have physically left our facility yet. If you contact us promptly, we will check whether it can still be intercepted — but we cannot guarantee cancellation once shipping has been initiated.
Order Cancellation – Pre-orders:
Pre-order items are made to order and typically require around 30 days for production. Cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of payment. After that point, production begins and your order becomes final.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
If you refuse to accept an unopened package, it will be returned to our logistics partner, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the package has been opened but you still wish to return the item, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. You may use any shipping provider of your choice, as long as the parcel is securely returned.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Email photos of the item to service@lightstone-jewellery.com to begin the process.
2. After we review your request, we will confirm the return eligibility via email.
3. Upon confirmation, you may ship the item back and share the tracking number with us.
4. Refunds (or exchanges) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned parcel.
