Structured calm. Closer still.
Formed from Longquan celadon porcelain—a thousand-year tradition rooted in clarity and control—each round bead is high-fired at over 1300°C to achieve its cool, mist-toned glaze. Slightly irregular yet confidently full, the beads offer a sculptural presence with a smooth, almost stone-like finish. Their rhythm is not loose, but deliberate—measured, balanced, and quietly powerful.
Luminous freshwater pearls slip between the porcelain, softening the geometry without disrupting it.
Each bead is framed by a gold-filled collar, adding rhythm, structure, and a subtle touch of light between forms.
The choker is finished with a solid 14K gold clasp—precise in proportion, clean in silhouette, quietly complete.
Designed at a 40cm collar length, it rests just above the collarbone with a refined closeness. Not layered. Not distant. A self-contained structure that holds presence without needing to prove it.
Once reserved for the imperial court, Ru kiln (汝窑) was the most revered among the Five Great Kilns of Song China.
Its signature glaze—soft as mist, blue as sky after rain—was famed for its stillness and jade-like clarity.
Each celadon bead in this collection is crafted from natural agate, a volatile mineral that makes perfect symmetry nearly impossible.
The result: quiet crackles, unrepeatable forms, and a colour that history nearly forgot.
