Deer
In Chinese culture, the deer holds symbolic significance as a symbol of good fortune, longevity, and success. The Chinese word for deer, "lu" (鹿), is also pronounced the same way as the word for prosperity, "lu" (禄). As a result, deer have become a popular motif in traditional Chinese art and often appear in decorative objects, paintings, and embroidery. The deer's graceful and gentle nature has also been associated with Confucian virtues, including benevolence, wisdom, and filial piety.
